NATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP FELLOWSHIP

BAGANI: Rising Leaders Development Program was created by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) to train and empower young Filipino leaders working in the public sector. Fulfilling the mandate of the SK Reform Act (RA 10742), this fully funded initiative equips participants through two distinct pathways: a nationwide online platform serving 2,000 learners through micro-credentialed coursework, and a 4-week residential fellowship for select cohorts focused on nationalism, practical governance, crisis management, and digital innovation. During the residency, fellows design Catalyst Projects before undergoing guided mentorship, with top performers earning an international learning immersion.
