Busy, VC? VCSA Consultation is a program under Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs where students can request scheduled consultations with our Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (VCSA) regarding student-related concerns.

Booking a Consultation

• Fill out the AskUPD Student Helpdesk Form: bit.ly/AskUPDISKOncernForm
• • In the Busy, VC? VCSA Consultation section, check the box agreeing to a consultation with the VCSA.

• Your submitted information will be assessed to determine and prioritize concerns based on their severity and impact on the student.
• If your concern is deemed viable for consultation, the AskUPD team will email you the Busy, VC? Request Form and coordinate your consultation schedule.
  • The VCSA is generally available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 4 PM to 6 PM. If these slots do not work for you, AskUPD will coordinate with you to find a suitable time.
  • Zoom consultations are also available for those unable to attend in person.
  • Each consultation lasts a maximum of 20 minutes only.

Busy, VC? VCSA Consultation is NOT a psychosocial support service nor does have any therapeutic interventions. Please reach out to our mental health services on campus for your mental health needs, especially for urgent concerns.
