VC Consult is a program launched by OVCSA where students can request scheduled consultations with our Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (VCSA) regarding student-related grievances and concerns.

Booking a Schedule

1. Students must accomplish the Ask UPD Student Concerns and Grievances Form.
2. The information a student provided on this form will be used to triage using AskUPD Triaging Algorithm, and prioritize concerns depending on the severity of its impact on the student.
3. Once identified as viable for a consultation, you will be endorsed to the VCSA and your schedule will be coordinated accordingly. Each consultation lasts a maximum of 15 minutes only.
4. Only up to six (6) slots are provided for each day.

VC Consult is NOT a psychosocial support service nor is it any therapeutic intervention. Please reach out to our mental health services on campus for your mental health needs.
