The Young Leaders’ Program (YLP) aims to foster future national leaders in the countries of Asia and other regions, create comprehensive human networks among the leaders of nations, establish friendly relationships among the countries involved, including Japan, and improve the quality of policy planning in the participating countries.

Qualifications

1. Nominees must be under forty (40) years of age.
2. They must have at least three (3) years of work experience.
3. They must also be college degree holders, or higher.
4. They must have a very good command of English.
